Service Content
1. The specific content of this service is provided by Rynvox based on actual conditions, including but not limited to authorized users uploading photos and filling in information through their accounts. The services it provides can be changed, and users will receive notifications from Rynvox about service changes.
2. The services provided by Rynvox include free services and paid services. Users can purchase paid services through payment methods. For paid services, Rynvox will give users clear prompts before using them. Only when users confirm their agreement to pay fees according to the aforementioned payment methods and complete the payment behavior according to the prompts can users use paid services. The completion of the payment behavior is subject to the bank or third-party payment platform generating a "payment completed" confirmation notice.
Usage rules
1. Any content transmitted or published by users in or through this service does not reflect or represent, nor shall it be deemed to reflect or represent the views, positions or policies of JuicyPeach, and Rynvox does not assume any responsibility for this.
2. Users are not allowed to use Rynvox account or this service to conduct the following behaviors:
(1) Submit or publish false information, or steal other people s avatars or information, impersonate or use other people s names;
(2) Force or induce other users to pay attention to, click on linked pages or share information;
(3) Fabricating facts and concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;
(4) Using technical means to create fake accounts in batches;
(5) Use Rynvox account or this service to engage in any illegal and criminal activities;
(6) Produce and publish methods and tools related to the above activities, or operate or disseminate such methods and tools, regardless of whether these activities are for commercial purposes;
(7) Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of JuicyPeach, or are not expressly authorized by JuicyPeach.
3. The user shall be solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, validity, etc. of the information transmitted using the Rynvox account or this service. Any legal liability related to the information disseminated by the user shall be borne by the user himself. Rynvox has nothing to do with it. If this causes damage to Rynvox or a third party, the user shall compensate it in accordance with the law.
Registration and Account
Rynvox users are required to provide a username, age, gender, profile photo and other optional information, and we need your help to keep it that way. Here are some of the promises you make to us about registering and maintaining the security of your account:
1. If you are under 18 years old, you will not use JuicyPeach. In some cases this age may vary due to local regulatory requirements, please see your local privacy policy for more information.
2. You may not transfer your account to anyone without our written permission.
3. You will not provide any false personal information on JuicyPeach, nor create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
4. If we disable your account, you will not post any content on Rynvox unless you contact us.
5. We reserve the right to destroy or disable your account if we deem it appropriate.
6. If you choose to link or register using your social network (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Google), we may collect information from these social media services, including your profile photo, username, gender, birthday , age and other information.
7. You understand and accept that Rynvox will not provide APP online services, payment, wages in Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Cuba, Myanmar, Yemen, Iraq, Somalia and other places due to reasons including but not limited to force majeure, security reasons, etc. Extraction, specific service delivery time will be fully evaluated by Rynvox and other necessary departments.
In app purchases
Rynvox offers additional products and services, and if you choose to make an in-app purchase, you will be prompted to enter your account details for the mobile platform you are using. and your account will be charged for purchases in accordance with the terms disclosed to you at the time of purchase and the general terms applicable to your account.
User rights
In accordance with the common practices of countries and regions, we guarantee that you can exercise the following rights with respect to your personal information:
1. Access to your personal information
You have the right to access your personal information, except for exceptions provided by laws and regulations.
2. Correct your personal information
When you discover an error in the personal information we process about you, you have the right to ask us to make a correction.
3. Delete your personal information

Change, interruption, termination of service
1. In view of the particularity of network services, users agree that Rynvox has the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all of its services at any time. If Rynvox changes, interrupts or terminates its services, Rynvox shall notify users before the change, interruption or termination, and shall provide affected users with alternative services of equal value.
2. If any of the following circumstances occurs, Rynvox has the right to change, interrupt or terminate the free services or paid services provided to users without assuming any liability to users or any third party:
(1) According to the law, users should submit true information, but the personal information provided by the user is untrue, or is inconsistent with the information during registration and fails to provide reasonable proof;
(2)The user violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement;
(3) In accordance with legal provisions or requirements of competent authorities;
(4) For safety reasons or other necessary circumstances.
Dispute Resolution
Rynvox and the user shall resolve disputes arising during the performance of this agreement through friendly negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party has the right to submit the dispute to litigation for resolution.
Intellectual Property Statement
1. Except for the intellectual property rights related to advertisements in this service that are owned by the corresponding advertisers, the intellectual property rights of the content provided by Rynvox in this service (including but not limited to web pages, text, pictures, audio, videos, graphics, etc.) belong to Rynvox All, except where users have legally obtained intellectual property rights for the content they posted before using this service.
2. Unless otherwise stated, the copyright, patent rights and other intellectual property rights of the software on which Rynvox provides this service belong to JuicyPeach.
3. The copyright or trademark rights of JuicyPeach's graphics, text or their compositions involved in this service, as well as other Rynvox logos and product and service names (referred to as "Rynvox logos") belong to our company. Without the prior written consent of our company, users may not display or use the Rynvox logo in any way or otherwise process it, nor may they indicate to others that the user has the right to display, use, or otherwise process the Rynvox logo.
4. The above and any other intellectual property rights owned by Rynvox or related advertisers are protected by law. Users may not use or create related derivative works in any form without the written permission of our company or related advertisers.
